  2. Customer supplied banners cannot be larger than 468 x 60 pixels or more than 30kb.
  3. Requests to "change out" an ad once it has begun will be charged at $5.00 per change.
  4. Banners that must be optimized to reduce the file size will be charged a $5.00 fee.
