Sam Johnston will have to stop following the rodeo circuit, go home to Montana and get married, or his parents were going to sell the ranch to their wealthy neighbors the Bartholomew's. On his way home Sam stops in Union Junction, Texas. While in town getting his hair cut, he tells the hairdresser Lily about his problem. Then Sam asks her if she would agree to an arranged marriage and to having his baby for her independence. In Las Vegas Sam finds out that Lily was a Bartholomew. After their wedding Sam takes her back to Texas and he goes on to Montana alone. A few months later Lily finds out that she was expecting a baby..No make that four babies.
A Texan Under The Mistletoe by Leah Vale Lori Beth Whittaker and Jackson Hooper had been in love when in school. Jackson wanted to stay in Hooper Creek after graduation, but Lori wondered what lay beyond Hooper Creek, so she left for big city life. Ten years later Lori has returned to Hooper Creek to find out how bad the flood had damaged the town. Lori goes to the town meeting to hear Jackson say that they were canceling the Hooper Creek Christmas festival this year. Lori just knew that she had to change Jackson's mind, for the town folks really needed the festival this year.
